  在技术领域,“抄袭”是发达国家常用来描绘发展中国家技术领域的一个词汇,其背后潜藏的西方技术、文化与道德傲慢,不言而喻;曾几何时,中国企业常被西方形容为模仿者,中国“山寨”产品常遭人诟病。


  而今,美国知名媒体将“抄袭”一词用到美国自己身上,确实让人惊讶。这其中不乏对技术创新的危机感,以及警醒美国创新的用意。但也透出了这样的事实,在信息应用技术等一些领域,众多中国企业的技术和商业模式已悄然影响世界,成为全球焦点。


  可以说,创新在哪里,注意力就在哪里,软实力就体现在哪里。

  可举的例子还有很多。随着中国提出“创新发展”理念,在合理借鉴国外先进经验基础上,更多高技术含量、高制造质量、高知名度的中中国国产品和技术正在风靡全球。无人机、智能手机、家用电子产品等“中国智造”扬帆海外,并通过本土化运营扎根当地,实现全球化价值。


  创新精神和创新能力,是中华民族历史光彩和文化感召力的重要标志。以“四大发明”为标志的创新精神和能力,是中华文明长期走在世界前列、中国软实力持续影响世界的集中表现。


  如今,高层次的软实力是按照从未来到现在的时间序列整合各种资源,也就是,用未来的眼光指导现在的经营管理,为企业的未来生存做准备,立足于创造价值、创新价值。在新一轮中国技术创新中,企业扮演了主角。调查显示,企业研发投入在中国的研发总投入中占四分之三以上,2015年,在世界上研发投入最多的2500家企业中,中国占300余家。


  中国科技水平如今仍时常“躺枪”,比如被认为缺乏重大突破,本土科学家拿诺贝尔奖的凤毛麟角等。世界第二大经济体真的是靠低技术撑起来的?这些忧虑或许有道理,但不应该是我们妄自菲薄、止步不前的理由,而应是我们前进的动力。事实证明,坚持走好自己的路,中国技术可以引领世界。
