8月5日消息，今年6月末，当时有消息称OPPO正在与高通签署专利授权协议，目前多家中国国产手机知名厂商均已经和高通签署了相关协议。现在，据微博博主@潘九堂爆料称，继OPPO后，vivo已和高通签署新的专利许可协议。

潘九堂还进一步解释，OPPO/vivo和联想/华为/中兴这些国际范企业一样非常遵重知识产权，很早就和高通签了3G授权协议，只是后面就三模4G(GSM/TD/TDD)专利费等新问题和高通有分岐，一直延续原协议，没签新的，但一直在谈判。

据高通介绍，目前已经与国内众多手机企业签署专利许可协议，包括华为、中兴、TCL、小米、奇酷、天宇朗通、海尔、联想、格力等。现在，OPPO、vivo也有很大可能和高通达成了最终专利授权协议。
