问了门口闲来无事的保安大叔，才知道看起来已是半个施工现场的海龙电子城，依然有十余个租约未到期或是十几年前便买下摊位的摊主留在这里。每日按时“上下班”，下午五点之后便打烊走人。每日工作内容：闲聊、打游戏或是看看时下流行的肥皂剧，卖货反而成了偶尔动动筋骨的无聊消遣。
很多商贩从海龙大厦落座，便进驻，从最初的帮人组装电脑，再到维修配件等，一做便是17年。在海龙电子城仅剩的十来家商铺，似乎早已习惯了前来拍照留念的人。甚至懒得抬起头看观光者一眼。
咎由自取的萧条
大家对中关村电子城的印象不知道从何时起与假货、黑导购、黑心商贩这些词联系在了一起，也不知道从何时起大家开始咬牙切齿，发誓赌咒再也不去中关村电子城。
中关村是一个有着让人避之不及“热情”的地方。以致于当网民得知海龙电子城关停的消息，大部分评论都是欢呼“骗子们”早该被赶走了。
曾经京东CEO刘强东就在自己微博上关于太平洋数码城关停发表过一则微博：

正如刘强东微博所说，现在的惨淡很大程度上与假货水货横行以及黑导购有关，而不是只占一小部分销售比例的所谓互联网电商。
17年前的“创业大街”
但就是这里，十几年前却是一个像是中关村创业大街似的存在。
海龙大厦作为最早成立的正规卖场，从1999年便存在于这里。一开始只是把卖电子产品的路边摊们放在了一个大厦里，后来在电脑攒机（组装电脑）时代迅速发展起来，逐渐柜台化。再后来便是计算机技术的发展，个人计算机的普及和价格的下降，原有的商业模式随之逐渐被代理专卖和维修配件所取代。
现在回顾整个发展过程都是混乱的，所有人都只是急急忙忙被飞速发展的科技和互联网时代推着走。急急忙忙赚一笔，急急忙忙转型，急急忙忙发现自己已经被时代抛弃。
早在海龙大厦落成之前，中关村附近已经因着得天独厚的地理和人文优势，聚集了不少倒卖电子产品的“倒爷”。而第一批出现的像联想、方正等科技公司也开始在中关村崭露头角。时代将中关村这个曾经被戏称为“中官坟”的太监墓堆推向风口浪尖。
彼时，海龙大厦作为代表与其它电子城一同撑起了“中国硅谷”的美誉。一度成为中国信息产业的发源地也是无数人才的向往之地。
那时候几乎所有中关村有名的“倒爷”都想在海龙电子城里拥有一个摊位，稳赚不赔。老A一家在海龙电子城已经做了17年。
老A一家的柜台紧靠着电梯附近，黄金位置。从海龙大厦建成便在这里做生意，不大的柜台，局促的过道里一家人加上两个串门的竟也坐得下。当我经过，老A条件反射式地提起精神，询问我是否要买游戏机，并随手拿了一个递给我。我眼睛一瞥，货架上摆满了各式游戏机，PS4，Xbox等一应俱全。老A见我摇了摇头，没有要买的意思，便彻底松了劲，两臂一放，坐回小马扎上看着小电视上不知名的节目。
其它租约到期的商贩早已被陆续清退，老A一家因为从海龙电子城未开业的时候便把柜台买下来了，所以依然能够在这里，安然无恙。并且打算一直开下去。当问及是否考虑转行，老A的老婆愣了一下，紧接着说这么多年一直都卖这些，也不知道还能做别的什么。对海龙电子城转型做的智能硬件创业基地是什么，老A和好几个商贩一样，一无所知。

一杯咖啡能装得下多少泡沫
不少摊主即使身处中关村，对于创业基地和从中关村火起来的“大众创业、万众创新”并没有多少真切感受，甚至询问了记者才明白具体含义。即使大大小小的创业基地、孵化空间早已遍布中关村的大街小巷。这条200米左右的中关村创业大街上的创业孵化咖啡厅也早已达到四十多家。
走在中关村创业大街上，你永远不用担心没有咖啡喝。
在创业大街的咖啡厅里，无数年轻人正谋划着改变世界，指点江山，激扬文字。相隔不到900米则又是另一个世界，无数人在狭小的柜台前一站便是十几年。而十几年前900米开外的这里也是创业的最前线，像京东的CEO刘强东曾经便是从中关村电子城做柜台起家。
那时候，人们争先恐后地扑进浪潮中，只因为投入小回报大，而十几年后的现在他们看起来有些不知所措。海龙电子城关停之后，不少商户迁到了鼎好。大多数摊主都是过一天是一天，直到被清退，再考虑接下来的打算。
前年创业风潮最热的时候，随便一个人拿个PPT就能获得融资。有不少人创业没有成功，但是却因此成功套现，买了房买了车。一时间，创业成为了渴望一步登天，获得财富地位年轻人们的标配。
2014年9月，中国国务院总理李克强在夏季达沃斯论坛上公开发出“大众创业、万众创新”的号召，“双创”一词由此开始走红。2015年3月，又将其前所未有地写入了2015年政府工作报告予以推动。李克强走访创业孵化咖啡厅3W喝了一杯咖啡。一时之间，引爆了全民创业的热潮。
一时间，在任何一家咖啡厅如果没有听到有人在谈论创业那才是见了鬼了。有的地方专门为此扶植了一批本来都要半死不活的互联网公司作为标杆。创业、办孵化基地一时之间开遍全国各地。
在2015年10月海淀区政府也表明了要将“中关村电子一条街”彻底转型为“创新创业一条街”的计划。中关村核心区将全面建成中关村人才特区，创业资本集聚，从而成为全球最活跃的创业投资中心之一。
这让我脑海里浮现出17年前，那些排队挤着想要在海龙大厦里租一个摊位的“倒爷”们，那些最终因为售卖同质化产品利润空间有限而不惜行骗作假的“倒爷”们。
每个年代都有争先恐后扑进所谓浪潮里的投机者。也许不到一年，海龙大厦就会开满智能硬件创业基地。干净亮堂的创业基地，随时供应的水果咖啡零食，熙熙攘攘的刚毕业不久的年轻创业者们，“大众创业、万众创新”的标语会被挂在最显眼的位置。再也不会有拥挤和喧哗，再也不会有脏乱和争吵，只有一个个美好的梦想，只存在于咖啡泡沫里的梦想。
