IT资讯8月5日消息，AC米兰俱乐部主席贝卢斯科旗下的Fininest财团今日发表声明称，他们与一家来自中国的企业——汉利集团就俱乐部已达成转让协议，中国企业将以7.4亿欧元收购米兰99.93%的股份。

此次中国财团收购AC米兰的估值约38亿元人民币(股权收购价格5.2亿欧元，尝还债务2.2亿欧元)，而已在新三板挂牌的广州恒大淘宝足球俱乐部目前估值为194.4亿元人民币。作为对比，恒大淘宝的上财年收入为3.81亿元人民币，而AC米兰上财年收入约合15亿人民币。

据悉，这次收购的牵头人为海峡基金及中欧体育投资管理公司，其他投资者由中国大型企业和金融机构组成。未来，他们将为AC米兰提供不少于1亿欧元的资金支持。

此前有消息称，准备收购AC米兰的中国财团中包含李彦宏和百度，但是百度和李彦宏均否认了这一说法。
