　　问：据新加坡《联合早报》报道，新加坡总理李显龙访美期间表示，海牙仲裁庭的裁决对各国的主权声索做出了“强而有力的定义”。作为小国，新加坡必然希望各国都能尊重国际法，接受仲裁结果。中方对此有何评论？

　　答：关于南海仲裁案仲裁庭作出的所谓裁决，中方已表明严正立场。有关裁决非法、无效，没有约束力。在刚刚结束的东亚合作系列外长会上，东盟方已 明确表示作为整体对所谓仲裁案不持立场。中国与东盟国家外长并发表了“全面有效落实《南海各方行为宣言》联合声明”。中方希望新方切实尊重中方立场和与东 盟方达成的有关共识，秉持客观公正立场，发挥好中国—东盟关系协调国作用，促进中新关系和中国—东盟关系健康稳定发展。
