[环球时报报道 记者 范凌志]因涉北京锋锐律师事务所案件、涉嫌颠覆国家政权罪被羁押的律师王宇，日前被公安机关依法取保候审。虽然王宇在取保后曾在7月31日和8月5日两次接受中外媒体采访，表示“不接受任何境外机构的奖项”，但美国律师协会仍然计划强行于6日颁奖给王宇。
《环球时报》了解到，8月6日，王宇委托天津安泽律师事务所律师朱丹、倪秀红向美国律师协会发送律师函，要求美国律师协会立即停止强行给王宇颁发所谓“人权奖”的侵权行为。
朱丹、倪秀红律师在律师函中指出，王宇在公开接受中外媒体采访时已明确表示无论境外什么组织向其颁奖，都一样不承认、不认可、不接受；在王宇表明态度的情况下，境外机构和组织仍强行向其颁发“人权奖”，就是对王宇人权的一种践踏和侵犯。
该律师函称，“本律师郑重告知美国律师协会：王宇已多次公开表明对境外机构和组织颁发的‘人权奖’不承认、不认可、不接受，如你会强行给王宇女士颁发‘人权奖’，是对王宇女士名誉权的侵害，应立即停止侵害，王宇女士保留追究你会侵权行为法律责任的权利。”
朱丹、倪秀红律师在律师函里还特别强调，王宇从未委托他人代理她本人领取“人权奖”，任何人冒王宇之名领奖的行为同样是对王宇人身权利的侵害，要承担侵权的法律责任。
5日在接受媒体采访谈到周世锋、胡石根、翟岩民、勾洪国颠覆国家政权案一审庭审时，王宇表示，自己曾是锋锐律师事务所的一名律师，又涉及此案，所以很关注庭审。“俗话说，‘浪子回头金不换’，希望周世锋等人能够真正痛改前非。作为律师应该遵守法律，认清方向，不要被别人所利用。”
王宇表示，丈夫包龙军已取保候审，“他身体状况很好，我留在天津也是为了等他，现在我们一家已经团聚了。”王宇还表示，自己要好好陪伴家人，照顾孩子。等9月份开学后，一家人将一同回内蒙古。
