所以，A站到底肿么了？
“神秘”黑机房
在8月4日彻底崩溃之前，A站在8月2日已经开始出现异常。当时AcFun微博给的解释是，服务器暂时调整升级。
在网站崩溃一天后，8月4日晚间，AcFun微博给出了第二种解释，称网站崩溃原因是运营商线路故障。有围观群众在知乎上对此表示了同情，“网线断了，怎么能怪电脑呢”。
但是很快，8月5日上午，又有媒体朋友向A站内部人士求证原因，得到的回复是“服务器迁移”。这就有小朋友开始好奇，是什么大事需要完全不顾及用户、非得连着两天迁服务器啊？
另一个诡异的问题是，为毛A站前前后后给了三种不同的解释？真正的原因到底是什么？
这就要回到“逢A站上知乎”的节奏了，果然很多人在回答里迅速真相了。A站连着两天崩溃，原因竟然是联通的净网行动。据《21世纪经济报道》的消息，联通最近在整顿全国IDC业务，清理管理漏洞。联通旗下40多个IDC机房有不规范接入情况，不合规接入均会被断网。
A站正在运营的“AcFun.tv”正是因为不规范接入才被断网。A站甚至连IDC经营许可证都没有。如果知乎网友没有批量说谎的话，A站的机房压根是一个黑机房，就建在北京联通三区卢沟桥局IDC机房旁边。
有同学还贴出了相关的聊天记录。

一位有故事的同学说，实际上如果真是运营商故障的话，运营商是比当事公司还要着急的，因为要赔偿经济损失。他们公司去年真的发生过运营商故障。
上了工信部黑榜
实际上，A站不仅没有IDC经营许可证，“AcFun.tv”甚至在工信部黑名单上。并且这一记录一旦产生，原则上是不能从黑名单中消除的，也就是说，这是份永久性黑名单。
而按照《关于建立境内违法互联网站黑名单管理制度的通知》工信部联电管【2009】371号的规定，进入黑名单的企业再进行备案不会被批准，文化、视听节目服务等互联网信息服务的资质和拍照也不能进行发放，已经批准的要取消批准。
这意味着，黑名单上的“AcFun.tv”已经拿不到相当重要的两个资质，视听许可证和网络文化经营许可证。
另外，在AcFun.tv的主页下方，显示ICP备案信息为“京ICP备15067359号”。但从工信部网站查询的结果是，该备案号下只有www.aixifan.com和www.acfun.net两个网址，并没有A站现在使用的网址AcFun.tv。
也就是说，“AcFun.tv”既没有正常的ICP备案，也没有接入运营商需要的IDC经营许可证，也没有视频网站需要的视听许可证和网络文化经营许可证。对于一个运营多年的网站，这多少显得有些不可思议。
在这种情况下，A站还把网站崩溃的原因甩锅给运营商，机智水准也是没谁了。现在虽然恢复访问，但另外几个重要资质的缺位，和工信部的永久性黑名单，依然是相当棘手的问题。
不知道A站高管们在内斗之余，是否还能分出少许精力，管一管这些闲事。
