陕西卖酒公安局长被免职 曾称经得起考验不怕调查
华商报榆林讯（记者 杨宁）7月18日和21日，华商报分别在B01版、A06版报道横山县公安局局长师永峰被举报一事，举报称他动员干警集资千万盖酒店、向下属单位强卖白酒等。8月6日，华商报记者了解到，因涉嫌违纪，榆林市委组织部已免去横山县公安局局长师永峰职务，接受组织调查。
向下属单位强卖白酒 售出500箱获利超50万
据了解，2013年师永峰从清涧县公安局局长调任横山县公安局局长后，被19名老下属举报，称其在清涧县任职期间涉嫌违法违纪，包括向下属单位强卖白酒，集资千万盖酒店等问题。
“强卖白酒就是给下面派出所分配任务，一个所要卖多少箱酒，卖掉与否所里自行解决，费用交上去就行，共卖出去500箱。”举报人之一的清涧县公安局副局长惠啸说。师永峰所推销酒为“中国铁路站车专用酒”，由宜宾五粮液股份有限公司生产，售价20元左右，以70元的价格售出500箱后获利超过50万。
对师永峰的举报内容中，还提到他在清涧县公安局发动在职、退休干警集资入股建酒店，合计金额超过1600多万，后成为烂尾工程，使得很多人投的钱打水漂。2013年离任时，榆林市审计局对其进行离任审计，查出其在两年内车报销修理费高达70多万元。
师永峰曾回应：“我不怕，经得起考验”
据了解，师永峰被举报后，榆林市纪委曾多次派员前往清涧县调查，案件材料足有一尺多高，以前举报曾有调查结论：涉及的举报内容部分诫勉谈话、部分初查，而焦点是不断有新问题再次被举报。
7月19日，处于举报漩涡中的师永峰告诉华商报记者，希望组织尽快给出结论，还原事实真相。师永峰说：“这些事，纪委都认真调查过，我不怕，没问题，经得起考验。我的工作有目共睹，干了那么多成绩应该值得肯定”。
7月20日，榆林市纪委曾先后派两个调查组分别进行初核。根据收到的新的反映问题线索，初步查明师永峰涉嫌违纪。随后，榆林市纪委决定对师永峰进行立案，接受纪律审查。8月5日，榆林市委组织部下文称，因涉嫌违纪，免去横山县公安局局长师永峰职务，并继续接受组织调查。
