中午12时许，朝阳区北京像素小区内，食药监局、工商局等数十名执法人员对10号楼底层的十多家家餐厅强制停业，工作人员将餐厅内的桌椅全部清除。
10号楼底层一家名为“黄焖鸡米饭”的餐厅内，摆了大概6张桌子，过道拥挤，卫生状况差强人意，厨房灶台有不少油污，冰箱里还有一下冷藏凝结成块的鸡肉。记者现场看到，该餐厅内并无营业执照，执法人员进入餐厅时，仍有几名顾客在用餐。“我们就住在楼上，下来吃饭方便就常在在这吃，没想过餐厅会有问题。”一名顾客说。随后工作人员劝离了用餐顾客并告知店主立即停止营业。

北京市食药监局副局长李洋表示，这些无照经营的餐厅食品安全无法保障，监管部门对其进货来源不掌握，以北京像素小区为例目前情况经营复杂，需要依法查处并令其停业。同提高，餐厅在网络订餐平台入网必须有许可证，对于可能存在的在网络平台提供虚假许可证信息进行经营的行为，也将对平台和经营者依法处理。
