8月4日，A站发布公告，称由于运营商线路故障，A站躺枪，导致网站目前无法登陆。“A站在尽全力想办法让网站尽早恢复正常！对此给大家造成的不便表示深深的歉意。”
8月6日，A站就8月4日访问异常情况做出说明，称外部原因是为A站提供服务的网络运营商机房出现意外状况，AcFun于8月4日13：33分开始无法进行访问。
