  参考消息网8月9日报道 台媒称,从大陆房产租售服务平台安居客获悉,该平台最新发布的全大陆主要城市房来源资料报告指出,在飙涨的房价作用下,北京、上海、深圳部分购房者正面临着“被豪宅”的尴尬,目前京沪深三地500万元人民币以上的房源均已经超过三成,500万元的住房已经不能再称之为“豪宅”。


  据台湾中时电子报8月9日报道,该报告指出,上海、北京、深圳三地,眼下价格达500万元以上的房源占比分别达到36.6%、39.7%和31.1%。而去年同期,这一资料分别是28.7%、29.9%、24.5%。越来越多的住宅价格已越过500万元大关,并逐渐成为市场主流。


  安居客房产分析师表示,受土地价格上涨影响,中国一线城市的超500万元房源或将进一步扩容。
