赔偿包括侵犯人身自由的赔偿金1223857.30元，精神抚慰金500000元。
钱仁风的代理律师杨柱告诉中新网记者，他建议其拿到这笔钱后，将其亲戚之前为之申冤的花销给还上，然后在昆明购置一套房产以安家，剩下的作为存款存入银行，“她也表示同意我们的建议。”
钱仁风，又名钱仁凤、钱仁研，女，1984年，汉族，小学文化，云南省巧家县人，农民。
2002年7月22日，云南省昭通市人民检察院以钱仁风涉嫌犯投放危险物质罪向昭通市中级人民法院提起公诉。昭通市中级人民法院于2002年9月3日作出刑事判决，认定：钱仁风于2001年9月到巧家县新华镇朱某开办的“星蕊宝宝园”做工。做工期间，钱仁风认为朱某对她不好，遂生报复之恶念。2002年2月22日12时许，钱仁风将其从家中带来的灭鼠药投放在该幼儿园内的部分食品中，并将放有灭鼠药的食品拿给该园的部分幼儿食用，致使候某中毒后经抢救无效死亡，谭某、何某某中毒后经抢救治愈。据此，以投放危险物质罪，判处钱仁风无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身。

2015年9月29日，云南省高院开庭再审此案。同年12月21日，云南省高院以原判认定钱仁风犯投放危险物质罪事实不清，证据不足，故再审宣判钱仁风无罪。
今年6月1日，钱仁风向云南省高院申请赔偿，要求赔偿义务机关支付国家赔偿金9553043.65元。其中，赔偿侵犯人身自由的国家赔偿金5846699元；赔偿精神损害抚慰金2046344.65元；赔偿近14年申冤费用1660000元。
云南省高院于6月1日接收了其国家赔偿的申请及相关材料。经云南省高院审查，其提交的国家赔偿申请程序上符合《国家赔偿法》和《中国最高人民法院关于国家赔偿案件立案工作的规定》，于2016年6月3日依法对钱仁风的国家赔偿申请登记立案，并立即启动国家赔偿程序。
7月8日，云南省高院召开钱仁风申请国家赔偿案听证会。会上，云南省高级人民法院副院长、国家赔偿委员会主任田成有代表云南高院向钱仁风鞠躬赔礼道歉。(完)
