　　军事专家李杰近日在接受媒体采访时透露，由于采用了模块化分段建造再整体拼装的新技术，新航母的建造周期已大为缩短，按正常的时间表推算，“大约2017年前后应该可以下水，之后将进行相关舾装，预计在2018年左右，首艘自制航母就能够交付解放军海军”。

　　李杰认为，第一艘中国国产航母的舰岛应该会有不小的变化，采用隐形化设计、调整电子设备布局、提高空间利用率已是大势所趋。相较于现役的辽宁舰，在建的第一艘中国国产航母形成战斗力的周期会更短。
