　　8月4日，一则题为《兰西县法院副院长王旭与美女情人开房》的网帖引发关注，发帖人自称是冯广和。

　　网帖中举报有三项内容：一是兰西县法院副院长与女子开房情况。时间分别为：2014年3月21日（星期五），王旭在哈尔滨晶鑫七星水月高档洗浴酒店与赵某梅开房，19:28入住，3月22日17:35分退房；2015年3月23日（星期一）下午3时许，王旭开公车拉着赵某梅到哈尔滨呼兰区学院路尚客宾馆开房，次日中午12时退房，房间号为201；2015年6月6日下午，王旭在肇东市福和酒店与赵某梅开房，房间号712；2015年6月6日下午，工作时间与女性开房。
