  中新网南昌8月10日电  (刘占昆 吴鹏泉)记者10日从南昌市红谷隧道工程新闻通气会获悉,中国国内最大的水下立交——红谷隧道东岸水下立交已经建成,系统面积约5万平方米,由3进4出共7条匝道组成,全长2997米。

  由南昌市政公用集团融资代建、中国中铁隧道集团施工的南昌红谷隧道是国内江河中游首座、异地干坞、规模最大、最长的城市双向六车道过江沉管隧道工程。工程总投资为42.2亿元,工期42个月。

  据主办方介绍,目前南昌红谷隧道东岸水下立交施工全部完成,在水下实现了过江隧道与赣江以东老城区3条主干道全面快速对接,达到交通衔接多点疏解、快速分流的总体效果,形成立体互通的快速过江通道。

  “如此规模的水下立交在国内属于第一次”,南昌市政公用集团红谷隧道项目部副经理万超告诉记者,该立交是目前国内最大的水下立交系统,位于赣江东岸,总面积约5万平方米,由3进4出共7条匝道组成,全长2997米。

  “水下立交减少陆上占用地,与修建跨江大桥相比,可以减少对周边环境的干扰。”万超说,修建红谷隧道避免了对赣江两岸旅游观光带的破坏,尤其是减少对赣江东岸滕王阁国家景观区的“压迫”。

  据了解,红谷隧道东岸水下立交还建有国内首个水下救援通道和疏散中心。

  施工现场,中国中铁隧道集团南昌市红谷隧道工程施工项目经理部总工程师李志军告诉记者,红谷隧道采用了“5Y+3X”新型水下立交桥模式,修建了国内首个水下疏散中心匝道基坑群。“在水下实现了过江隧道与赣江两岸道路网的全面快速对接,并且在隧道中每隔200米位置设置了疏散横通道。”

  “隧道内一旦发生紧急情况,人员可由疏散大厅经疏散通道至疏散楼梯逃生至地面。”李志军透露,隧道水下疏散大厅将于9月份建成。

  记者了解到,南昌红谷隧道建成后,机动车可以实现3分钟穿越赣江,预计减少南昌大桥约30%的交通压力,减少八一大桥约11%的交通压力。
