潍坊市中级法院审理认为，被告人侯端敏非法收受他人财物折合人民币313.2万元，数额特别巨大，综合考虑本案被告人具有坦白、认罪悔罪态度较好、全部退赃等从轻情节，依法判决被告人侯端敏犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金人民币60万元；扣押在案的赃款、赃物折合人民币313.2万余元依法予以没收，由扣押机关上缴国库。
