排除拍拍网的独立用户，截至2016年6月30日，京东过去12个月的活跃用户数为1.881亿，较去年同期的1.140亿活跃用户数，同比增长65%。

剔除虚拟商品，2016年第二季度完成订单量为3.734亿，与2015年第二季度剔除虚拟商品后的2.400亿核心业务订单量相比，同比增长56%。2016年第二季度通过移动端渠道完成订单量约占总完成订单量的79.3%，同比增长超过130%。

京东预计2016年第三季度净收入介于590亿元人民币至610亿元人民币之间，同比增长约为34%至38%之间。此预期体现了京东当前的初步预期，可能会发生改变。
