河北省委原秘书长一审当庭认罪 涉案金额上亿元

　　据新华社电 吉林省长春市中级人民法院11日公开开庭审理了河北省委原常委、秘书长景春华受贿、巨额财产来源不明一案。长春市人民检察院派员出庭支持公诉，景春华及其辩护人到庭参加诉讼。

　　长春市人民检察院指控：2001年至2013年，被告人景春华利用担任河北省承德市委副书记、承德市人民政府市长、河北省衡水市委书记、河北省委秘书长、河北省委常委等职务上的便利，为他人在承揽工程、企业发展经营、职务晋升或调整等事项上谋取利益，单独或通过其妻非法收受河北省昌悦房地产有限公司、吴海汇等31个单位和个人给予的财物，共计折合人民币6054.7598万元。另，景春华对共计折合人民币8635.7137万元的财产不能说明来源。提请以受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪追究景春华的刑事责任。

　　法庭上，检察机关出示了相关证据，景春华及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方充分发表了意见，景春华还进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪悔罪。

　　人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者及各界群众40人旁听了庭审。

　　最后法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
