　　原标题：当阳一公司爆炸事故致21人死亡5人受伤

　　8月11日15时20分许，湖北当阳市马店矸石发电有限责任公司高压蒸汽管道发生爆管事故，经全力组织搜救，目前已确认死亡21人、受伤5人（其中3人重伤）。

　　省委常委、宜昌市委书记黄楚平率市有关负责同志及市安监、环保、经信、质监、卫计等部门，已赶赴现场指导搜救处置工作。目前，伤员已送往医院救治，事故现场搜救正在进行。

　　据悉，该公司于2002年在工商登记注册，主要经营火力发电、炉渣炉灰销售、石油制品零售等。
