　　狡猾的走私分子在打击此类走私的高压态势下，依然作案猖狂，走私方式隐蔽、下货地点分散、走私链条广泛等作案特点给办案人员带来不少困难。

　　暴利驱动每件衣服成本低至两元

　　据相关人员透露，旧服装走私危害极大，一直都是边防部门重点打击对象。一些不法分子为了谋取非法利益，以低廉的价格从国外收购当垃圾处理的旧服装，通过偷运等方式走私入境，经分拣、翻新后以几元、几十元，甚至上百元不等的价格单件出售。

　　走私到国内再进行翻新销售的“旧洋货”，来源复杂，当中不乏有高端品牌的旧衣服。一件最低两三块钱，一般都不用经过消毒处理。

　　如果不是亲眼所见，许多消费者根本就想象不到，自己通过各种渠道得到的“洋货”有可能就来自这些没有合法手续走私过来的“过期货”。

　　这些进行翻新销售的“旧洋货”，来源复杂，且“品种”齐全，其中甚至有童装类的货物，对小孩子的身心健康构成了相当的危害。因为这些货物逃过了 正规单位的检验检疫，没有经过正经的消毒，极有可能存在细菌、病毒等物质，对消费者，尤其是老幼妇孺的健康安全将是一个巨大的隐患。
