中车时代电气公司发布消息,在通过评审后,中国首列“永磁地铁”已在长沙地铁1号线正式投入载客运营。这是中国首列具备载客运营资质的自主化“永磁地铁”,开启了中国城市轨道交通的“永磁时代”,其综合节能率高达三成以上。

这列安装了中国国产永磁牵引系统的地铁列车,由长沙市轨道交通集团、中车株洲电力机车有限公司和中车时代电气公司联合研发。2015年初“永磁地铁”总体设计方案出炉,2016年3月列车上线接受运行考核。

据中车时代电气技术专家介绍,与普通地铁列车相比,永磁牵引系统列车的电机更加高效、功率密度更高,综合节能达30%。以长沙地铁为例,如果采用永磁牵引系统,每年可节省550万元电费。

因具有更加高效节能、更加轻量化和更低全寿命周期成本等优点,永磁牵引系统被认为是下一代轨道交通列车牵引系统。此前,阿尔斯通、庞巴迪等国际巨头生产的轨道交通永磁列车已在法国、日本等国成功商业化。随着首列自主化“永磁地铁”投入使用,中国城市轨道交通装备的国际竞争力也显著增强,将给未来城市轨道交通带来良好的经济和社会效益。
