“相比较基于英特尔芯片开发的众多应用而言，目前国内支持中国国产申威处理器的应用还不多。”黄建国坦言，指令系统不兼用，是目前国家超级计算无锡中心面临的最严峻挑战。“很多企业现在使用的都是商业软件，如果要使用我们的机器，基础的指令就要对方自己去编，一些实力薄弱的单位目前还达不到这个水平。”
