黑商户风波还未平息,饿了么再度陷入“强制门”。在饿了么向商户强制收取技术服务费背后,持续靠补贴的烧钱模式已经显得力不从心。

商户遭遇强制服务费

日前,有多家不愿具名的商户向记者反映,饿了么假借此前推出的星火计划为由头,向他们收取强制收取5%的服务费服务费,如果商户不合作,有可能被强制下线,多家商户对此敢怒不敢言。

根据当地推行该计划的相关负责人承诺,若商户能够签约,饿了么平台不但能让商户的星级排增加3颗,而且给商家带不定期推出的星火专享活动以及更多的权限。

一位不愿具名的江苏商户翁先生告诉记者,这个星火计划是今年1月份饿了么推出的,当时推出的时候并没有让商户强制性的必需签约,然而推行一段时间之后,负责该区域的负责人告诉我,我们这些商户是一定要签约的,如果不签约,必须面临线下的公司规定。

与翁先生遭到同样强制签约的还有江苏的刘先生。

“推出星火计划是前一段的事情,不过当时并没有要求商户强制签约,自此前经历了2个月的签约之后,为了节省成本,刘先生向区域负责人提出不续签的事情,后来被告知这是规定,此前没有续约的商户已经逐渐退出了,最终只能硬着头皮去签约。”刘先生告诉记者。

对此,有业内人士对记者分析说,这其实是饿了么推行的强制消费的竞价排名行为,其模式是模仿的百度将竞价排名引入外卖O2O,目的是刺激商户,从中赚取莫名需有的技术维护费。

“如果饿了么餐厅星级都能靠线上活动来操作,说明了么已经没有什么用户体验了,而饿了么推荐给消费者也不是体验最好的餐厅,这也会让消费者从根本上对饿了么的星级餐厅评价失去信心,而以此更不用谈用户体验,连最终的底线都没有了。”上述接受采访业内人士对记者分说。

另有业内人士对记者分析说,如果饿了么持续采用这种方式来对餐厅进行排名,也使得饿了么这个平台没有什么公平而言,饿了么也给商户制造了非常大的寻租空间。

8月10日,接受《华夏时报》记者采访的饿了么相关负责人否认了公司要求商户强制性加入星火计划的说法,并表示,星火计划是自愿的,之所以出现有部分地区要求商户加入星火计划的做法,是区域经理自作主张的的做法。

“目前公司对该事情高度重视,并且已经开始调查,同时告诉记者,如果有商户出现遭遇类似威胁,可以拨打平台举报电话。”上述人士对记者直言。

不过,截止记者8月12日发稿时,目前还没有关于此次强制要求商户加入星火计划的调查结果。而当日,记者也走访了北京地区的多家商户,并没有发现百度外卖和美团有强制商户缴纳技术维护费的情况,不过有最低消费的情况出现。

恶性竞争惹得祸

其实饿了么目前面临的这种情况,都是跟目前热点的打车软件市场一样,都是不择手段的竞争,其目的都是公司尽可能的减少烧钱,变相的为更多的吸纳消费争夺市场惹的祸。

CNNIC最新发布的报告显示,截至今年6月底,网上外卖用户规模达到1.5亿,用户使用率达21.1%,用户规模较2015年底增加3610万,增长率为31.8%。

记者了解到,自2014年开始,外卖O2O已经成为资本市场的宠儿,自从资本市场进入之后,外卖O2O市场已经是一片红海。

经过几轮烧钱抢夺用户之后,外卖O2O市场已经出现寡头分割市场的局面。最新数据显示,饿了么、美团外卖和百度外卖以37.8%、30.5%、15.0%的比例领跑在线订餐市场。

一位经常在网络上订餐的顾客告诉记者,有些网络约餐平台,为了吸引更多的消费者,有时候会拿出高额的补贴,甚至几元钱就能吃上大餐,其目的就是获得更多的市场份额。

有业内人士对记者分析说,饿了么要求商户强制参加星火计划的背后,凸显的是背后资金链的未来发展恐慌,而这也是网络订餐市场的模式所决定的。

从目前的网络订餐市场的盈利模式来看,包括佣金、增值服务、物流费、竞价排名以及广告费。各大网络订餐在竞争过程中,为了拉流量,也曾经打过多轮的价格战。

不过,像饿了么在打价格战的情况下,为了获取更多的消费者,强迫线下的商户的做法并不多。

对此,有业内人士直言,其实在饿了么强迫商户缴纳技术服务费的背后,其实最后的结果会得不偿失,甚至在业绩坏了名声,最终会被商家和消费者所抛弃。

“目前我们已经开始考虑撤出饿了么,摆脱这种管理比较混乱的外卖O2O电商。”上述接受记者采访商户对记者表示。
