昆明人防办原主任受贿近1200万 庭审5小时未宣判

　　春城晚报8月14日消息，8月12日上午，昆明市人民防空办公室原主任尚建国受贿、玩忽职守案在元江法院第一法庭公开开庭审理。

　　元江县检察院指控，2010年11月，尚建国利用担任昆明市人民防空办公室主任的职务便利，收受云南某置业有限责任公司为感谢其对该公司的支持和帮助而送的20万元；2011年8月和9月，尚建国收受云南某集团房地产有限公司为感谢其在审批同意某集团房地产项目统一建盖人防工程过程中给予的帮助而送的20万元；2011年至2015年，尚建国先后8次以增加人防工程封堵、口部大门等项目，收受云南7家人防设备公司联合向其行贿的1157万元；2014年10月，尚建国在担任昆明市人民防空办公室主任兼昆明市人防监督管理处处长期间，仅依据云南某房地产集团有限公司自报面积作出行政批复，致使该项目应建的防空地下室面积少建26555.79平方米，按云南省防空地下室易地建设收费标准计算，合计5311.16万元。尚建国家属在案发后为其退缴962万元。

　　公诉机关认为，被告人尚建国应当以受贿罪、玩忽职守罪追究其刑事责任，其中玩忽职守罪部分属于情节特别严重。

　　庭审中，被告人和辩护人对公诉机关指控的罪名都没有异议，但被告人认为公诉机关指控的7家人防公司联合行贿的1157万元金额不完全属实，表示2015年其没有收受指控中的105万元。

　　经过近5个小时的庭审后，未当庭宣判。
