　　一部分仍泡在水中，一部分被冲走“下落不明”

　　相比一个多月前，江西省九江市修水县征村乡白沙村陈本益家猪栏里的猪少了很多。7月初，白沙村遭遇洪水袭击，他家的养猪场被淹。虽然从洪水中抢救出160 多头猪，但仍有239头生猪被淹死。在洪水后第二天，记者在现场看到，养猪场内满是洪水留下的水渍和垃圾，从墙头的水印可以看出，当晚的水漫出地面有一米 多深。

　　江西省上饶市鄱阳县凰岗镇农业综合服务站站长张道卉告诉记者，在今年的一次洪峰中，当地有6家养殖场、3家养鸡场被淹，其中有6头牛、100多头猪被洪水冲走，至今“下落不明”。

　　在宣城市，当地农委副主任洪旭初介绍，受此轮罕见强降雨影响，全市有超过500万只家禽死亡或被冲走，其中一部分家禽不知去向。

　　“今年洪水来得又猛又急，几个养鸭场漂走了五六万只鸭。”怀宁县高河镇平安村主任胡以群说，这些鸭子也不知道漂到哪去了。

　　无害化处理有明文规定，实际“丢的丢、埋的埋”

　　为此，安徽、江西等地都下发了紧急通知，针对死亡畜禽可能流入食品生产加工、流通、消费环节的情况，要求各级食药监部门立即行动、开展全面排查，严防死亡畜禽流入市场，保障农产品质量安全。

　　受访人士表示，在灾后，除要管控好死亡畜禽外，有关部门还需帮助养殖户做好灾后恢复生产、尽快发放畜禽无害化处理补助、拓宽农业保险覆盖面等工作，减少受灾养殖户的损失。

　　由于损失惨重，许多养殖户缺乏补栏补苗所必需的资金，影响了生产恢复的进度。“我养了约1万只蛋鸭，除去低价销售和死亡的外，目前仅剩三分之一了。”怀宁 县禽汇禽业有限公司负责人胡卫兵说，水灾后他损失了30多万元，把前几年赚的钱全赔进去了，希望相关部门能给予灾后重建资金和信贷扶持，帮助他尽快恢复生 产。
