中国国家发展改革委员会网站近日发布消息指出，近日，在中国国家发展改革委员会指导下，上海市物价局对重庆新日日顺家电销售有限公司上海分公司、重庆海尔家电销售有限公司上海分公司、重庆海尔电器销售有限公司上海分公司等三家公司达成并实施价格垄断协议案依法作出行政处罚，合计罚款1234.80万元。
中国国家发展改革委员会依法责令上述三家公司立即停止违法行为，处以上一年度相关市场销售额3%的罚款，共计1234.80万元。
值得一提的是，近日滴滴出行和优步中国的合并引起了人们对其垄断市场的质疑，据悉，滴滴将在未来一段时间内对不规范及不合格的相关司机进行裁员，以期增加通过监管层审查的可能性。
