日前，延吉市公安局森保大队破获4起非法收购、出售国家重点保护动物及制品案，收缴国家一级保护野生动物牙齿28颗，国家一级保护野生动物原麝2只、国家二级保护动物亚洲黑熊骨头54块，涉案金额达12万余元。
爆料称有人交易虎骨、虎牙
今年5月，延吉市公安局森保大队获取一条线索得知：“在延吉市铁南东明市场附近有人交易虎骨、虎牙。”

由于非法收购、出售动物制品利润空间较大，金某等人为牟取暴利不惜铤而走险，私下交易买卖。为了躲避警方的追查，他们一般在微信朋友圈转发货物照片，确定对方要购买后，再约定见面。
我国《刑法》第341条第1款规定：非法猎捕、杀害国家重点保护的珍贵、濒危野生动物的，或者非法收购、运输、出售国家重点保护的珍贵、濒危野生动物及其制品的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；情节严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；情节特别严重的，处十年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。金某的行为不仅构成犯罪，而且属于情节严重，等待他的将是法律的严惩。
