在沙坪坝区大学城中路，重庆晨报记者专门找到曾先生“投诉”的路口一探究竟。在重庆大学虎溪校区东门大学城附近，因为周围商户林立，假期留守的学生党成了这一带外卖消费的主力军，很多送餐车从附近的熙街、龙湖U城等商业圈驶出，往大学城的各个高校送餐。
上午11点过，因为接近饭点，路口的送餐车多了起来，从12点10分到12点20分，短短的10分钟内就有11辆送餐车从这里经过，送餐员大多骑着电动车或摩托车。其中，竟只有一辆摩托车有牌照。

外卖小哥小张介绍，通知取餐的电话他都是在送餐的路上打的，为的是节省时间。对送餐员来说，时间就是金钱，送餐及时获得好评会加钱，一旦晚点被投诉，还有可能被罚款。
“我们的规定是在接单后的45分钟内必须送到客户手中，一旦晚点，客户投诉到平台上，这一单的钱就没了！”小张说，客户在收到餐品后，如果通过订餐平台给五星好评，每单可以再加0.5元至1元。而好评对于送餐员来说很重要，快速达到、礼貌服务，多赚1块钱，也为了自己拿下的这个送餐区域。
