  8月15日6时10分,G8041次列车驶出大连北站,沿着哈尔滨至大连高速铁路开往沈阳站。这是中国自行设计研制、拥有全面自主知识产权的中国标准动车组首次载客运行。


  中国铁路总公司有关部门负责人介绍,研制时速350公里中国标准动车组,是中国铁路总公司认真贯彻落实党中央、中国国务院《中国制造2025》重要部署,实现 制造强国战略目标的重要举措,是根据中国铁路自身发展需求和“走出去”战略要求决定实施的一项铁路重大装备工程。中国标准动车组的成功研制,一方面,能够 适应中国高速铁路运营环境和条件更为复杂多样、长距离长时间连续高速运行等需求,对保持中国高速铁路可持续发展、推进高铁装备自主创新成果产业化、全面系 统掌握高速铁路动车组及关键装备的核心技术,具有重要战略意义;另一方面,能够根据世界各国高铁运营需求,提供系列化产品和成套技术解决方案,有利于中国 高铁“走出去”。


  中国标准动车组自2015年6月下线以来,先后完成了整车型式试验、科学实验、空载运行、模拟载荷运行等试验考核工作,试验考核指标全部符合标准规范和运 用要求,标志着中国标准动车组安全性、舒适性及各项性能指标以及运用适应性、稳定性、可靠性、制造质量均达到了设计要求,并通过了专家评审,已具备编入运 行图实施载客运行的条件。这一阶段的载客运行将在实际运营条件下,进一步积累乘客对旅客界面和客服设施的实际感受,提高后续批量产品服务品质,提升旅客乘 车体验。


  该负责人表示,党的十八大以来,中国铁路总公司集合国内有关企业、高校科研单位等优势力量,在中国国家发展改革委员会等有关部门支持下,开展了中国标准动车组研制工 作,构建了体系完整、结构合理、先进科学的中国动车组技术标准体系,具有创新性、安全性、智能化、人性化、经济性等特点。中国标准动车组采用的标准涵盖了 动车组基础通用、车体、走行装置、司机室布置及设备、牵引电气、制动及供风、列车网络标准、运用维修等10多个方面。大量采用中国国家标准、行业标准、中 国铁路总公司企业标准等技术标准,同时采用了一批国际标准和国外先进标准,使中国标准动车组具有良好的兼容性能。中国标准动车组研制过程中,在运用安全、 节能环保、降低全寿命周期成本、特别是进一步提高安全冗余等方面加大了科技创新力度。


  为了确保运行安全,中国标准动车组进一步增加了主动安全与被动安全措施:一是列车设计严格遵循安全标准,包括防火、防碰撞、动力学等方面,提高列车可靠 性,具备失稳检测、烟火报警、轴温监控、受电弓视频监视等安全防护功能,安全防护设计更为完善。二是按照“故障导向安全”的原则,优化了智能化感知系统, 能全面监测列车运行状况,实时感知列车状态。列车出现异常时,可自动报警或预警,并能根据安全需求自动采取限速或停车措施。


  为改善旅客乘车体验,中国标准动车组充分体现了人性化设计理念,进一步优化了旅客界面与司乘界面,在乘车空间、空调系统、行李架设置、车厢照明、无障碍设施等方面做了改善。车厢内二等座椅间距统一加大到1020mm、一等座椅间距统一加大到1160mm,设置不间断的旅客用220V电源插座。


  为适应节能环保要求,中国标准动车组整车采用全新低阻力流线型头型设计和车体平顺化设计,降低气动阻力,减少持续运行能量消耗,并统一零部件技术标准,实现各型号动车组相同零部件的互换使用,有效降低运用、检修等寿命周期成本。


  据悉,目前中国铁路投入运营的动车组已有2470组,每天开行动车组列车4200多列,安全运行里程超过37.4亿公里,均居世界首位。
