中国高性能电池技术获重大突破:寿命超长 - 电池 - IT资讯

8月15日消息,科技部网站最新公告显示,国家863计划先进能源技术领域主题项目“高性能化学储能电池及示范电站关键技术研究”取得重大进展。

在“十二五”863计划先进能源技术领域“高性能化学储能电池及示范电站关键技术研究”主题项目支持下,“高比能、低成本的新型超级电容器关键技术研究”、“长寿命锰酸锂系储能电池关键技术及示范”等课题均取得了重大进展,近期通过了技术验收。

在“新型超级电容器”方面,突破了高能量密度高功率密度长寿命超级电容器的制备技术瓶颈,研制了多孔石墨烯、高耐压电解质盐和电解液、纤维素隔膜等材料,开发了干法制备电极片中试技术,突破了(3.0V/12000F)超级电容器产业化的核心技术,产品已在机械能回收、超级电容器轨道车辆方面在国内外获得应用。目前国内在超级电容器方面从材料、器件到系统集成已形成核心技术体系,改变了超级电容器在十一五期间由国外产品垄断的局面。

在“长寿命锰酸锂系储能电池”方面,开展了层状锰酸锂、表面包覆单晶锰酸锂、铝钴共掺杂锰酸锂正极材料、沥青和树脂衍生的硬碳负极材料、功能电解液的研究,以及单体电池、模块和储能系统的研究,掌握了长寿命低成本锂离子储能系统的产业化关键技术,单体寿命已经超过3000次,最高达到6000次。在国际上完首次成了2套50kW/100kWh级层状锰酸锂/硬碳锂离子电池储能系统的开发并示范运行;同时开发了20kWh家用太阳能发电储能系统,3kWh备用应急电源等应用示范。

在“全固态锂离子储能电池”方面,成功开发出高电导率的Li2S-P2S5二元系和Li2S-GeS2-P2S5三元系固体电解质,掌握了Li2S-P2S5体系玻璃陶瓷固体电解质材料的制备方法,非晶前驱体的制备方法取得较大突破,实现了高效率的稳定制备。目前已经实现硫化物固态电解质的公斤级制备能力。研制了具有核壳结构和组分梯度的高镍组分层状正极材料。采用上述二元系硫化物固体电解质和正极,研制了容量为4.0Ah和8.0Ah的固态锂电池,室温循环次数达到了500次,优化了大型全固态软包电池的组装工艺,推进了全固态锂离子电池的产业化进程。

在“新型锂硫化学储能电池”方面,开发了高能量密度锂硫电池制备技术,研制的35Ah锂硫电池比能量达到566Wh/kg(25℃测试),达到了世界领先水平。初步开发了1kWh锂硫电池组和12kWh大容量锂硫电池组,实现了其与太阳能电池耦合发电示范。采用单质硫的大容量锂硫电池及电池组的技术产品具备用作长航时无人机机载能源系统等领域的潜力,推广应用前景广阔。

此外,在“低成本钛酸锂系储能锂离子电池”方面,打通了低成本材料量产、长寿命高一致性电池及模块、电站示范及推广全产业链,搭建了基于钛酸锂系负极材料的移动式储能示范装置,进行了0.5MWh/1MW钛酸锂电池储能电站的光储应用示范,为钛酸锂系储能的应用奠定了基础。

本项目的实施,在一定程度上满足了可再生能源和智能电网的大规模储能需求,促进了风能、太阳能的有序开发与资源合理配置,提高了间歇性新能源的并网技术水平,为中国储能电池材料-电池-集成-示范产业链提供了较为完整的技术支撑体系,为今后该产业的可持续发展构建了具有国际竞争力的产业化平台,促进了中国储能行业的发展,增强了中国能源可持续发展的战略地位,市场前景广阔。
