黄埔海关称，2016年6月8日，该海关隶属老港海关在进行数据监控时发现有6个集装箱的瓷砖申报价值异常偏高，于是对其进行布控。经查验，该批货物存在商品归类不符且单票价值超50万元人民币的情况。
经海关缉私部门立案调查发现，其内地采购总价2万余美元，与实际采购价格相比，申报货值高报近180倍。这是老港海关近期查获的涉嫌虚假贸易典型案例，主要是报关行“买货配柜”，虚构出口报关，来骗取出口补贴或出口退税。
今年以来，黄埔海关核查虚假贸易高风险企业376家，通关环节锁定报关企业30家，针对170余家异常企业进行处置，涉及进出口货值近600亿元。
“虚假贸易具有虚构代理、贸易虚假、价格虚高、拆单申报等手法，严重扰乱口岸对外贸易正常秩序。今后，黄埔海关将加强对高风险报关企业的管理，对涉嫌虚假贸易的相关案件线索和违法责任人员，将通报相关政府部门。”黄埔海关有关负责人表示。
据悉，今年以来，黄埔海关缉私部门共对涉及虚假贸易行为立案206宗，涉及金额2亿多元人民币。1至6月份，共向19个直属海关发函协查企业242家，其中异常企业169家，异常率约七成。（完）
