　　8月11日，军委国防动员部在河北省石家庄召开2016年补选退工作部署会，部署年度补选退任务，研究做好新兵补充、士官选取和士兵退役工作措施办法。所属省军区军务（军务动员）部门领导和主管人员参加了会议。
