为进一步释放匡正选人用人风气的强烈信号。日前，湖南省纪委对20起党员领导干部违反组织人事纪律典型案件查处情况进行了通报。
其中，8起属买官卖官典型案，涉及湖南中烟工业有限责任公司原总经理、党组书记周昌贡，益阳市原市委书记马勇等8名党员领导干部。
1、湖南中烟工业有限责任公司原总经理、党组书记周昌贡应浏阳市烟草局原局长郭汉华（另案处理）的请托，利用职务上的便利，多次推荐、提拔郭汉华，并收受郭汉华所送人民币70万元。周昌贡还有其他违纪违法问题，受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，并移送司法机关依法处理。
2、2013年，益阳市原市委书记马勇应沅江市原市委副书记、市长肖胜利的请托，通过打招呼、主持会议研究决定等方式，推荐、提名肖胜利为沅江市委书记人选（因沅江沉船事故的影响未获通过），并收受肖胜利所送人民币10万元。马勇还有其他违纪违法问题，受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，并移送司法机关依法处理。
3、2010年至2013年间，武冈市原市委书记王春生应退休教师张某的请托，通过主持会议研究决定等方式，在张某女儿、女婿的提拔上给予支持和关照，先后收受张某所送人民币5万元、美元3万元。王春生还有其他违纪违法问题，受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，并移送司法机关依法处理。
4、2009年至2015年间，湖南日报报业集团有限公司原党组成员、社务委员薛伯清为了谋求职务升迁，送给公司主要领导覃某人民币30万元、港币2万元。另薛伯清应华声在线公司董事、副总经理邹某的请托，在邹某职务晋升方面提供帮助，并收受邹某所送港币20万元。薛伯清还有其他违纪违法问题，受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，并移送司法机关依法处理。
5、2011年至2012年间，株洲市原市委常委、政法委书记谢清纯为谋求职务升迁，先后安排两名在醴陵从事房地产开发的私营业主筹资700万元人民币用于“疏通关系”。谢清纯还有其他违纪违法问题，受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，并移送司法机关依法处理。
6、2012年5月，醴陵市原市委书记蒋永清为谋求职务升迁，请上海胡某为其帮忙，并要在醴陵从事房地产开发的私营业主袁某帮其向胡某汇款人民币200万元用于“疏通关系”。蒋永清还有其他违纪违法问题，受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，并移送司法机关依法处理。
7、2013年春节期间，益阳沅江市原市委副书记、市长肖胜利为了谋取沅江市委书记的职务，送给益阳市原市委书记马勇人民币10万元，请求马勇在其职务提拔上予以关照。肖胜利还有其他违纪违法问题，受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，并移送司法机关依法处理。
8、2012年至2015年，郴州市原人大常委会副主任李向阳为谋求个人职务晋升，2012年上半年，桂阳县从事餐饮服务的私营业主李某及其合伙人牟某为了求得和感谢李向阳对其合作项目--桥市农庄开发建设更多的关照，李某先后出资139万元人民币为李向阳跑官。李向阳还有其他违纪违法问题，受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，并移送司法机关依法处理。
另有5起属干部录用、选拔任用中利用职权为亲属谋利，有3起属干部录用、选拔任用中搞权色交易，有2起属收受他人财物违规录用干部，还有2起属用人失职、失察受责任追究典型案。
