直播行业的火热捧红了一个新的群体——网络主播，也让隐藏在手机屏幕后的另一个粉丝群体被大众熟知。通过手机摄像头和屏幕，直播平台连接主播与粉丝，并在他们之间搭建起了商业关系。
而在这个全新的产业链中，因为兼具美貌和才华，善于挑逗或满足人性中隐晦甚至不可见光的需求，主播群体对大众来说既充满神秘又颇具争议。
她们究竟是怎样的一群人？她们有着什么样的故事？主播身份如何获得心理认同，又通往哪个理想世界？
带着这些疑问，网易科技记者专访了一位具有代表性的网络女主播“娄子”，力图还原一个生活在大时代里的小人物的真实故事。
女神太多，她选择做逗比
娄子是个开朗的北京女孩，出生于1991年，但对于主播这份工作来说，她觉得自己“年龄大了”，因为“队里有很多94、95年的”。
娄子进入直播行业纯属巧合。当年从北京信息科技大学毕业后，她告诉父母——自己不想工作，想周游全国，“年轻就得干点自己喜欢的事。”她身高1.73、身材修长、容貌姣好，因此当起了车模。
车模工作不仅让她可以游遍全国，而且结交了各种各样的模特朋友。当然，用娄子的话说，当车模并不是长得好看就够，还要“会动脑子”——中国国产车喜欢模特打扮得“轻浮点”、“大夜店范”；韩国车要时尚、韩流风；日系车要扮可爱。
从去年开始，娄子周围有越来越多的朋友玩直播，但她一直没有尝试。因为很早之前她玩过PC版的直播，感觉太“拴人”。
后来有一次，娄子和朋友一起录播节目，空闲之余，她用手机做了一个直播，因为身边美女各种抢镜，娄子的直播一下子就冲到了平台热门位置，并且带来2000多粉丝。从那以后，娄子开始转行做直播，并且签了一个孵化公司。
但进入直播行业后，她才发现做主播并不像想象的那么容易。
首先是定位问题。“平台上美女太多，个个都是锥子脸、大胸、长腿。”考虑到走女神路线的主播太多，娄子决定走逗比路线。
之所以选择逗比路线，除了因为女神太多难以走出差异化，还有一个原因：娄子是个典型的北京人，一口京腔，嘴特“贫”；此外，娄子从小受爸爸的影响比较大，读过很多书，有贫的资本。在她三四十平米的小屋里有一面书墙，上面放着《百年孤独》、《牛虻》、《檀香刑》《活着》、《追风筝的人》、《明朝那些事儿》等等。
其次，话题设定。娄子签的孵化公司会帮主播们设定一些主题，比如聊设计、聊旅行等等。但公司安排的一般都会有广告植入，娄子不喜欢这样，她说——网友又不是傻子。
因此，娄子更多时候选择把自身特长发挥到直播上来，比如会玩架子鼓，就和网友聊音乐；喜欢化妆，就直播如何化妆；和粉丝拼高中知识，相互出题；或是参加一些厂商的发布会。
“我有个朋友曾经在医疗公司上班，每次直播和网友聊抗癌信息，大家都很感兴趣。另外，就是要和网友互动起来，做游戏。”娄子这样总结。
有粉丝打赏主播60万，却不要求见面
主播并不像人们想象的那样，每天可以睡到自然醒。
娄子起床很早，并且坚持吃早餐。每天晚上8点到10点是她的直播时间，如果参与的粉丝多，还会延长到半夜1、2点。但即使这样，为了保持身材，她仍然会很早起床、吃早餐。
吃完早餐，娄子会去健身房锻炼1个小时，然后去公司参加下午的培训。
夜幕降临，直播开始。成千上万名粉丝不断涌到娄子的直播间，其中什么人都有。
“粉丝不一定都是屌丝，刚认识的时候可能会问一些赤裸裸、稍带色情的话，但时间长了，聊天内容也就正常了。”但这个过程并不像说起来那么简单。
一开始会遇到飙脏话或者说话露骨的网友，娄子都会忍不住回骂几句，但这样网友反而会变本加厉。后来对于这样的人娄子不用说，“场控”就会将其踢出去。
所谓的“场控”就是类似QQ里的管理员，是娄子的铁杆粉丝。类似这样的词还有“跑骚”，就是指来了一下立马闪人的网友；“麦一”、“麦二”是指直播过程中的那一串头像，代表了网友发言的位置；“榜一”、“榜二”指的是赠送礼物排行榜。
“我穿的不会特别露，也从来不主动要礼物，爱送就送，不送拉倒。”娄子很鄙视那种疯狂露点并狂要礼物的“傻白甜”。即使如此，娄子第一个月做直播就拿到了7000多人民币的分成。当然，这个收入在她们孵化平台上只能算中下水平。
娄子分享了一个朋友A的案例。A走的是女神路线，被粉丝赠送了800多万花椒币（相当于80多万人民币），其中600多万花椒币（相当于60多万人民币）都是同一个土豪粉丝送的。
“我感觉那个男生心理有问题，之前捧另外一个主播，也刷了好多钱，见了一面可能感觉有落差，就换成我朋友了。但这么长时间没要求见过面。”娄子说。
和粉丝的距离是个需要拿捏的活儿。娄子有一个50多人的粉丝群，里面都是她的铁杆粉丝。男性比例在2/3，其中年龄最大的40多，最小的还读小学五年级。之前娄子设定的门槛比较低，只要申请加入她都会通过，但有一次一个粉丝加入后，天天骚扰她，因此她就设定了门槛。对于粉丝的私下见面邀请，出于安全考虑娄子一般都会拒绝。
她的朋友B倒是私下见过网友，对方是个创业小老板，年龄在40多左右，见面也就是聊聊天和唱唱歌。
不过，孵化公司给娄子们承诺：如果她们粉丝足够多，会考虑为其办粉丝见面会。
月入近2万，梦想成为艺人
娄子所在的公司是一个网红孵化公司，娄子在直播平台上收到的礼物除了平台拿走一部分之外，公司也会拿走一部分。
娄子主要活跃在花椒直播上。8月份之前，花椒平台会拿走娄子收到礼物金额的10%，8月份之后改成了30%。花椒分成之后，娄子再和孵化公司分成剩下的金额。
据了解，娄子和孵化公司分成比例是五五分，但不唯一。在这个孵化公司主播做的比较不错的是三七分（主播拿7，孵化公司拿3），做的比较差的就是七三分（主播拿3，孵化公司拿7）。
除此之外，因为签了孵化公司，还会有底薪，在8000元左右。这意味着像娄子这样刚进入2-3个月的新主播，月收入可以达到1.5万-2万元。当然，像她朋友A，月收入20多万也是有的。
“这些收入还房贷是一点压力也没有。“娄子表示。娄子住在北京南三环，自己买了一个三四十平的一居室。除了喜欢玩滑雪、鼓捣音乐、买买书和衣服，娄子并没有太多用钱的地方。
因为有底薪，所以公司会有直播时长的要求。娄子每个月直播时长达四十个小时，每月至少要累计播出二十天，时长不够则要扣工资。
每次直播主播们都要将链接发到工作群里，会有工作人员查看。当然，也有没什么直播内容，凑时长、骗底薪的，也有想穿的暴露点吸引粉丝的，但一般直播平台的工作人员或者孵化公司里的人就会进行管理，严重的甚至会有封号危险。
娄子不会踩这些“高压线”，因为她有个愿望：成为艺人。
娄子所在的孵化公司目前有两个小队，每个小队大概7-8个人。A小队即将要出道，而娄子所在的B小队还在培养当中。A队的最大特色是“胸大”；B队的特色是“腿长”。
每天下午，娄子都要准时到公司报道、培训，迟到了会被罚500元。除了唱歌、跳舞方面的培训之外，还有心理方面的培训。
和娄子一起培训的有七八个女主播，劈叉、下腰……虽然有人并没有舞蹈功底，但她们也在努力提升自己，希望跟上其他人的节奏。
而随着娄子一起舞动的，是主播们的梦想，也是粉丝们的欲望。在直播时代，二者透过手机摄像头和屏幕，复杂的交错在一起。
而类似的故事，在直播时代并不少见，还会越来越多。
