　　今天是夏季三伏中的末伏了，可谓一年中最热的时候，可不少乘坐火车的市民却发现，长沙火车站的候车室里竟然没有空调，整个热如蒸笼，让人待不下去，如果候车乘客想吹空调，就必须额外交钱。长沙市政协常委、文教委主任陈忞实地调查后，也向经视大调查证实了这一现象，并怒斥长沙火车站候车室已经“要钱不要脸”了。

　　经视大调查记者也对长沙火车站进行了实地体验调查。下午两点半，长沙火车站进站口处乘客排着长长的队伍准备进站候车。因为天气炎热，排队的乘客几乎都是满头大汗。

可让人失望的是，进入车站候车大厅后，这里并没有预期的那样凉快。

　　候车大厅的4个候车室里都人满为患，热气腾腾。不少乘客因为受不了候车室里闷热的空气，又纷纷跑了出来，一时间，候车大厅的过道上、楼梯上聚满了乘客，光膀子的、打赤脚的、坐地上或者直接躺在地板上的应有尽有。

　　下午2点55，此时室外温度是37°左右。记者带着温度计来到了长沙火车站候车大厅，记者首先来到1号候车室，1号候车室的温度竟然正午的室外还高。

　　随后记者又来到3号候车室。这里的温度仅仅比室外温度仅仅低了一度。4号候车室的室内温度是35°，与室外温度也相差无几。

　　在候车厅的旅客服务中心，这名车站工作人员解释之所以不开空调是因为电路老化，电压不稳所致。可在这间办公室里，就有一台空调正在运行 。

　　就在这时，候车大厅里突然有人拿着喇叭广播起来。声称一楼的商务候车室不但开放空调，还可以不用排队优先上车。

　　喇叭一响，立马吸引了大批乘客前来。

　　记者发现，这几名男女口中的商务候车室，收费标准似乎非常随意，一会20元一位，一会30元一位。

　　真是如此吗？记者随即花20元进入了长沙火车站一楼的这个商务候车室。一进商务候车室的大门，记者就被扑面而来的冷空气震惊。不到十分钟，记者随身携带的温度计就降到了26°。

商务候车室的工作人员也承认，掏钱来吹空调旅客的多少，关系到他们的收入。

　　对于这样的情况，不少乘客都表示无法理解。

　　长沙火车站站长助理刘菁介绍，候车大厅的商务候车室在2009年就外包给了“长沙贵宾商务服务有限公司”，里面的所有设施设备都由该公司自主出资配备，长沙火车站对此没有干涉权，因此才出现同一个候车大厅，两种不同空调效果的情况。对此，长沙市政协常委、文教委主任陈忞认为，长沙火车站做为城市文明的窗口，无论有多少理由，都应尽快改善候车室服务状况，保证旅客基础候车条件。

　　长沙火车站站长助理刘菁也表示，火车站有严格规定，任何人和单位不得以“提前上车、优先进站”等方式诱导消费，对外承包的商务候车室，以“空调开放、提前上车”诱导消费，这种行为已经违规，他们将进行调查处理，火车站也承诺尽快对候车室防暑降温措施进行改善，相关后续进展，经视大调查也将密切关注。
