长沙火车站回应候车室酷热难耐：20日恢复空调

　　新湖南客户端长沙8月17日讯(记者 肖洋桂)17日，记者从长沙火车站了解到， 针对8月16日媒体报道火车站候车室空调效果差、商务候车室违规宣传拉客等问题，车站联合相关单位部门迅速开展整治工作，努力改进旅客候车体验。

　　据介绍，长沙火车站目前正进行长株潭城际铁路接入施工整修，长沙站中心配电所的供电容量严重不足，车站中央空调设备无法满负荷运行。为改善旅客候车环境，8月17日下午，长沙站联合供电等单位研究方案措施，将对长沙站空调电力线路采取临时增容过渡措施，候车室中央空调将于8月20日起正常运转。同时，针对商务候车室违规宣传拉客的问题进行分析整治，商务候车室已于8月17日上午关停整改。

　　长沙火车站负责人表示，当前长沙火车站正进行长株潭城际铁路引入施工，加之正值暑运高峰，由于工作不到位导致旅客候车体验不佳，车站对此深表歉意。长沙火车站欢迎社会各界和广大旅客对车站服务质量进行监督，车站将不断改进工作，切实提升服务质量。
