长沙火车站回应候车室未开空调：已开展整治
中新网长沙8月17日电  (付敬懿 鲁毅)记者17日从长沙火车站获悉，针对此前媒体报道火车站候车室空调效果差、商务候车室违规宣传拉客等问题，长沙车站已联合相关单位部门迅速开展整治工作，努力改进旅客候车体验，目前商务候车室已于17日上午关停整改，候车室中央空调将于8月20日起正常运转。
　　8月16日，有媒体报道长沙火车站的候车室里没有空调，导致整个候车室内酷热难耐，不少旅客直呼“受不了”，而候车乘客如果想享受空调，就必须额外交20至30元进商务候车室。长沙市政协常委、文教委主任陈忞实地调查后，怒斥长沙火车站候车室“要钱不要脸”。
　　普通候车室为什么不开放空调呢？长沙火车站对此做出解释称，长沙火车站目前正进行长株潭城际铁路接入施工整修，长沙站中心配电所的供电容量严重不足，车站中央空调设备无法满负荷运行。
　　而为改善旅客候车环境，8月17日下午，长沙站联合供电等单位研究方案措施，将对长沙站空调电力线路采取临时增容过渡措施，候车室中央空调将于8月20日起正常运转。同时，针对商务候车室违规宣传拉客的问题进行分析整治，商务候车室已于8月17日上午关停整改。
