IT资讯讯 8月17日消息，自3.15晚会曝光网络订餐平台问题以来，三大平台下架无照无证商户。但不到半年，央视调查发现，此前曝光的黑作坊死灰复燃。

记者调查发现，在上海宜山路的一条餐饮街上，约有20家无证无照经营的餐饮店，成为多家网络订餐平台的大户。每家店每天少则二三十单，多则两三百单。这些餐饮店的厨房，脏乱不堪，甚至还有宠物狗进出，不少从业人员连健康证都没有办理。

据了解，9月1号，《上海市网络餐饮服务监督管理办法》即将实施。违法平台将被吊销营业许可证。而作为第一把关人，外卖平台理应为黑作坊出现担责。
