最近笔者遇到过两个锤子手机用户。
一位是易到专车司机,他说自己虽然算不上罗永浩的粉丝,但认可老罗这个人。他集齐了所有锤子科技发布过的手机,T1、T2、坚果。他说,锤子手机的最大优点是系统好,用了两年,从不死机,但摄像头啥的,真的挺烂。
他说,很重要的一点是,在网上,锤子的粉丝相比那些大大“小小”的手机厂商的水军差太远了,势单力孤,他通常懒得在论坛里和别人论战锤子手机的好坏。
另一位用的是坚果手机,他是报社新来的小鲜肉。因为颜值他选择了坚果,但没用4、5个月就问题百出,主要是屏幕的毛病。他准备再熬熬,不行就得换手机了。
粉也罢,黑也罢,都是些趣味相投的事情,这里并不想急着贴上标签。
单从手机来看,锤子手机只能算是一款合格的中国国产手机,有自己的特色,但功能性能、工艺水准、返修率等都没有特别过人的地方。
如果硬是把“情怀”作为差异化卖点,老罗可能误解了他的信心之源——小米。从商业本源来看,一位中欧商学院教授表示,小米的成功靠的不是狂热的米粉,而是小米通过各种营销手段创造烘托出的超高性价比产品捕获了一众米粉。

靠嘴硬,老罗可以刷得出热情;但刷不出销量。

而且,如今再提起锤子手机,我们不提情怀还能说什么呢?Smartisan OS是我用过的最完美的Android操作系统?在产品没有核心优势的情况下,罗永浩硬刷自己的IP,浑身疼痛吧。
就算罗永浩是一个有“工匠精神”的人,但他也绝不是一个工匠。他最像工匠的一个镜头,是他拿着锤子站在西门子公司门口砸冰箱。
更有趣的是一点是,T1、T2几乎可以说是国内性价比最低的手机之一,从配置和价格两大要素来看,华为、中兴、小米、魅族都比锤子要低调得多,不敢卖贵一块钱。
我们可以欣赏老罗做手机的认真态度和艰辛付出,但却不可以据此得出锤子手机可以卖3000元一部的结论。
不关注价格的商品,都是耍流氓。
在Smartisan OS发布后,锤子这个品牌的知名度可以说是“扶摇而上”,但销量却止步不前。
而与蓝绿大厂OPPO、vivo相比,罗永浩对消费者期待那么高,对自己又那么吝啬,不舍得投广告,铺渠道,锤子手机的高溢价,罗永浩竟然想“独吞”!本报曾经报道过,在手机渠道为王的2016年,锤子科技在上海的线下渠道几乎凋零殆尽,分明就是要卷铺盖的节奏。

要说硬刷肉身IP,能想到最成功的可能就是李宇春大神了。当年夏新手机邀请李宇春代言,据说夏新所销售的每十台手机中,就有七台可能有李宇春的功劳。往事都已过去,现在就算红米Pro请来吴秀波、刘诗诗代言,又能掀起几层波澜?
罗永浩曾在微博上将魅族的粉丝成为原教旨主义者,批评他们将黄章和魅族奉为神,不容挑战和质疑。
但不靠老罗的IP,又如何卖手机呢?如果罗永浩真的认为Smartisan OS是世界上最好用的系统,Smartisan拥有美妙绝伦的工业设计,那么他真的是这个世界上最大的幻想家了。也许他真的有成为乔布斯的可能,但可能性不会超过十万分之一。
老罗曾不止一次创业,做过原创内容社区,也做过自己最熟悉的英语教学机构,都以失败告终。2013年,罗永浩站上了一个更大舞台卖手机,嘴硬了3年,死撑了3年,终于累了。
一个卖手机的,光靠嘴硬有啥用?王宝强和马蓉可以嘴硬,就算官司输了,还可以嘴硬到底。但一个做生意的,嘴硬有啥用?
看到罗师兄的处境,曾经也说要“做机”的王自健怂了。
雷军是嘴硬,但小米估值已经超过400亿美元,当年小米1赚来第一桶金靠的可是商业模式的“伟大创新”。
黄章是嘴硬,但他是一个成功的创始人,一个真正的数码和音乐发烧友,至少比罗永浩更接近“手机工匠”。
余承东是嘴硬,但他身后有钱、有人,有数万个软硬件工程师,还有华为海思团队做出来的中国国产手机芯片。虽然他嘴炮无数,但依然是国内手机圈最有底气的人。
乔布斯是嘴硬,但,他是乔布斯啊。
