  候车室热如蒸笼 吹空调需额外付钱


  持续的高温,让长沙的夏天炎热难耐。一般在车站、商场、地铁等人流密集的公共区域,都会因为有空调而相对凉爽。然而,在长沙火车站候车室,室内室外的温度却几乎一样高,让人酷热难耐。

  虽然30元的收费并不低,但还是有旅客被逼无奈选择掏钱“买空调”。“列车经常晚点一两个小时,其他候车室太热了,没法待,只好到收费候车室。”旅客陈先生说。


  火车站怪电力负荷紧张 供电部门称电力供应充足


  针对质疑,长沙火车站向记者回应说,旅客候车室一直采用中央空调制冷,原中央空调自1995年投入运行,因年久老化,设备故障多等因素,车站已经投入资金对中央空调主机进行了更换,购置了新的中央空调系统并投入使用。


  长沙火车站表示,因原中央空调是柴油动力,新空调主机是电子机组,油改电后,用电紧张,电压不稳。再加上长沙火车站目前正在进行长株潭城际铁路的施工,为确保城际铁路车站今年底顺利开通,使用了一些大负荷的用电设备,导致新的中央空调无法满负荷运行。


  针对这一说法,长沙供电公司17日下午向记者回应说,一直以来,供电部门都将长沙火车站作为一类重要用户,重点保障其正常供电。


  “长沙火车站站体及其附属设施、场所由马王堆、窑岭、德政园3个110千伏变电站,四回10千伏线路对其进行专门供电。近期,长沙火车站供电线路运行平稳,电力供应充足,没有限制其用电负荷的情况。”长沙供电公司通报说。


  长沙供电公司一位部门负责人表示,火车站不能把不开空调的原因归咎于电力紧张,因为对火车站的供电一直稳定。


  不少旅客质疑长沙火车站“用电紧张”的说法站不住脚,认为车站只是“利益熏心”找借口。为何收费候车室的空调就能启动,普通候车室就电力负荷不足?广大旅客认为车站的做法令人费解,更多还是出于赚钱的考量。


  长沙市政协常委、文教委主任陈忞在实地调查火车站候车室“温度差”后,更是怒斥长沙火车站候车室“要钱不要脸”。


  各方热议:公共服务机构“利益至上”思维作怪


  长沙火车站候车室“冰火两重天”被曝光后,引发了社会的广泛关注,当地干部群众普遍批评此举缺乏对基本公共服务的底线思维。


  长沙市一位资深媒体负责人表示,从一个层面来看,封闭、闷热的候车环境对旅客的身体健康不利,很容易出现中暑、虚脱等危及生命安全的状况,特别是赶车旅客大多奔波劳累,舒适的候车环境是旅客应享受的基本公共服务。但长沙火车站却对旅客的诉求长期视而不见,足见其对群众利益的漠视。


  “候车室的温差,度量的是良心。”市民吴先生说,很多人坐火车就是为了省点钱,一张车票也许只要几十元,但吹个空调却还要出二三十元,这些收费候车室“于心何忍,良心何在”。


  在媒体报道引发社会强烈关注后,长沙市火车站17日下午披露其已紧急启动整治。一是对商务候车室违规宣传拉客的问题进行分析整治,并已对商务候车室关停整改;二是“联合供电等单位研究方案措施,将对长沙站空调电力线路采取临时增容过渡措施,候车室中央空调将于8月20日起正常运转”。


  长沙火车站负责人表示,当前长沙火车站正进行长株潭城际铁路引入施工,加之正值暑运高峰,由于工作不到位导致旅客候车体验不佳,车站对此深表歉意。
