China remote sensing satellite ground station successfully "Mozi" data

"Mo" on 16th 1:40 launched at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre, it is a strategic pilot project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, space sciences one of the first scientific experiment satellite, will make China the world's first satellite and quantum communication between ground, quantum communication and scientific experiments of construction of integrated vehicle and ground system. China remote sensing satellite ground station of Miyun, Kashi and Sanya station responsible for "mo" data receiving task.


According to reports, the "mo" first track task duration about 7 minutes, receive data at about 202MB. Proved that satellite data of good quality. These satellite data has been transmitted to the Institute of the national space science centre.


China remote sensing satellite ground station in charge of the space science pilot special ground receiving system construction and operation work, has become China's South-North-West geography network of near-Earth space science satellite receiving station. "Mozi" is the practice of dark matter particle detection satellites, after the tenth satellite, China's third satellite in space science satellite series. Future, the station will continue to bear the Chinese hard x-ray modulation telescope satellite follow-up space science satellite data receiving task.

中国遥感卫星地面站成功接“墨子号”数据

  新华社北京8月18日电(记者吴晶晶)记者18日从中科院获悉,17日11时56分24秒,中科院遥感与数字地球研究所所属中国遥感卫星地面站密云站在第23圈次成功跟踪、接收到中国首颗量子科学实验卫星“墨子号”首轨数据。


  “墨子号”于16日1时40分在酒泉卫星发射中心成功发射,它是中科院空间科学战略性先导专项首批科学实验卫星之一,将使中国在世界上首次实现卫星和地面之间的量子通信,构建天地一体化的量子保密通信与科学实验体系。中国遥感卫星地面站的密云站、喀什站和三亚站负责承担“墨子号”数据的接收任务。


  据介绍,“墨子号”首轨任务时长约7分钟,接收数据量约202MB。经验证,卫星数据质量良好。这些卫星数据已实时传送至中科院国家空间科学中心。


  中国遥感卫星地面站负责中科院空间科学先导专项地面接收系统的建设和运行工作,已经形成中国南-北-西地理布局的近地空间科学卫星接收站网。“墨子号”是继暗物质粒子探测卫星、实践十号卫星之后,中国空间科学卫星系列的第三颗卫星。今后,地面站还将陆续承担中国硬X射线调制望远镜卫星等后续空间科学卫星的数据接收任务。
