中国吉林网讯 记者 郭美佳18日，吉林省召开了全省公安机关“百日禁毒攻坚战”新闻发布会，省公安厅党委从6月20日至9月30日，组织全省公安机关开展了为期一百天的“百日禁毒攻坚战”，目前取得了突出战果。
截至8月16日24时，全省公安机关“百日禁毒攻坚战”共破获毒品案件870起，抓获毒品犯罪嫌疑人1137人，缴获各类毒品61.42公斤。查获吸毒人员8915人，责令社区戒毒人员1830人，决定强制隔离戒毒人员784人。

7月7日11时许，吉林市公安局丰满分局成功破获一起特大贩毒案，将犯罪嫌疑人佘晶(女，30岁，吉林市人)、杨光(男，43岁，吉林市人)抓捕归案，缴获冰毒998.01克。
截止8月16日，全省公安机关共查获吸毒人员8915人，责令社区戒毒人员1830人，决定强制隔离戒毒人员784人。查获的吸毒人员中，最小的年仅15岁。7月10日，吉林市公安局船营分局在查处一起毒驾案件中，先后抓获吸毒和贩毒人员26人，其中女孩廖XX年仅15岁。
破获一批涉枪毒品和涉毒“盗抢骗”案件
“百日禁毒攻坚战”以来，各地相继破获涉枪毒品案件，缴获各类枪支21支，而且还缴获了真枪。
7月5日，四平市公安局铁东分局破获省级目标案件，收缴气手枪1把、子弹200余发。7月22日，梨树县公安局破获一起贩卖毒品案，收缴五四仿真手枪1把、仿真冲锋枪2把(打钢珠)。7月24日，吉林市公安局船营分局破获一起贩卖毒品案，抓获毒品犯罪嫌疑人3人，缴获左轮手枪、步枪等真枪6把、仿真枪7把及子弹若干。
同时，还破获一批涉毒“盗抢骗”案件。“百日禁毒攻坚战”以来，各地抓获涉毒“盗抢骗”人员26人。7月份，扶余市发生一起汽车被盗案件，士英派出所很快分析出是吸毒人员高某某所为，经过蹲守成功将高抓获，同时还抓获1名涉案在逃人员。6月20日，辉南县市场大厦被盗，富思派出所抓获犯罪嫌疑人韩某某，尿检呈阳性。经讯问，韩某某交待了吸毒和盗窃事实，同时又交待贩毒人员线索，破获3起贩毒案件。8月10日，公主岭市公安局经过侦查，一举将吸毒人员刘树君等6人抓获。破获系列盗窃生猪案18起，起获并返还生猪132头，价值20余万元。
查处一批毒驾人员铲除罂粟12000余株
吸毒后驾驶车辆一直是危害公共安全的重要问题，这次攻坚战交警部门积极抓住这一问题，开展集中整治行动。目前，已查获涉毒车辆6辆，查处毒驾13起，查获吸毒人员19人，缴获毒品80.6克。8月12日至13日，四平市公安局开展毒驾专项整治行动，共盘查机动车130余台次，查获吸毒驾驶机动车3人次，吊销204名涉毒人员机动车驾驶证。
铲除一批种植的毒品原植物。截止8月16日，全省公安机关共发现我省5个市州15个县非法种植罂粟236处，目前已核查铲除罂粟12000余株。7月7日，敦化市公安局黑石派出所接群众举报，将郭XX种植的400余株罂粟全部铲除。7月初，吉林市公安局高新分局在走访中，发现居民周世红家院墙边种植罂粟195株，全部进行铲除。
“一把手”挂帅打破警种界线
据悉，为开展好这次“百日禁毒攻坚战”，省厅成立了厅“百日禁毒攻坚战”领导小组。并于6月17日召开了全省电视电话会议进行动员部署。各地公安机关都成立了由“一把手”挂帅的领导小组，制定工作方案，创新工作举措，层层分解落实责任。各地相继召开了动员部署会，由“一把手”亲自动员。
省厅及各地还组织举办了禁毒业务培训班7次，从禁毒法律法规和办案程序、系统录入等方面进行了全面系统的培训。
这次“百日禁毒攻坚战”，最大的特点之一就是按照全民禁毒的要求，打破警种界线，倾全警之力参战，发动全民参与。省公安厅于7月25日，启动了“百日禁毒攻坚战” 二级合成作战工作机制，14个警种在省厅合成作战室进行综合研判，形成了情报产品30条，协助地方公安机关侦破毒品部级目标案件1起。
截止目前，公安禁毒、刑侦、技侦、网安、经侦、户政、派出所、出入境、交警、指挥中心等24个部门和警种参战，效果十分明显。各地都通过张贴通告、召开新闻发布会等多种形式，组织群众积极举报毒品违法犯罪活动，目前接到群众举报线索2316条，全民禁毒局面已经形成。
“百日禁毒攻坚战”以来，各地公安机关以部省级毒品目标案件为核心，集中优势警力，深挖扩线，深入经营，相继破获一批毒品犯罪大要案件。截止8月16日，全省共确立部、省级毒品目标案件37起，其中侦破4起。
攻坚战开展以来，各地公安机关按照“应查尽查、应收尽收、应戒尽戒”的原则，严厉开展禁吸戒毒工作。7月8日至15日，省公安厅组织全省公安机关开展了娱乐场所清查行动，各地共出动警力15000余人次，清查场所9600余家，查获吸毒人员297人，刑拘17人。
