  今年夏天,南京连续发生食用龙虾导致患上横纹肌溶解综合征的事件。现代快报记者获悉,目前龙虾病确切病因依然是个谜,包括江苏省疾控中心等在内的多家机构,一直在研究龙虾病的发病原因。


  南京鼓楼区市场监管局副局长汪盛齐介绍,对于商家而言,消费者吃了龙虾后患了横纹肌溶解综合征后向店家索赔,他们也觉得有些冤枉,毕竟这只是小 概率事件。在这种僵持不下的情况下,推出“龙虾保险”这种食品安全责任险是对消费者最好的保障,也有利于发挥保险的风险管理和经济补偿功能。


  据悉,这个保险是由商家向保险公司投保付费,不需要消费者就餐时另外付款,现阶段是针对吃了小龙虾12小时内发生横纹肌溶解症的医疗费用赔付。 该保险项目分为三档,被保险单位一年支付保费1500元、2500元、3500元,每次食品安全事故的单次人身赔付限额分别为10000、15000、 20000元。其中,最高档一年赔付总额不超150万元。


  8月11日签下全国第一份“小龙虾险”


  汪盛齐介绍,小龙虾保险第一单已在8月11日悄悄在南京签下,这使得南京成为全国首个推行小龙虾保险的城市。


  在保单上,现代快报记者看到,南京鼓楼区新门口一家经营小龙虾的饭店,跟一家知名保险公司江苏分公司签下了一份食品安全责任险保单,上面显示, 被保险单位支付2500元的保费,投保食品安全,时间为一年,也就是从8月11日到明年的8月10日。每次食品安全事故的单次人身赔付限额为15000 元。


  目前,南京已经有5家餐饮企业参保,分别是春虾秋蟹餐饮有限公司、红杏酒家、鼓楼区红哥龙虾餐饮店、虹桥饭店和天海潮大酒店。昨天,现代快报记 者走访了签署第一份龙虾保险的商家——春虾秋蟹餐饮有限公司。在入口橱窗上特意制作了“招贴”,上面写着:全国首家对小龙虾食品安全进行投保的餐饮店,还 附上了保单明细。


  在这家餐饮店负责人葛经理看来,买龙虾保险的性价比是高的,最主要的是让客人安心,有了这份保险,无论对消费者还是对商家都是最好的一个保障。
