　　云南网讯（记者 黎鸿凯）记者今日从普洱市中级人民法院获悉：8月18日上午9点30分，普洱市中级人民法院将开庭审理云南省第一人民医院原院长王天朝涉嫌受贿犯罪一案。因被告人王天朝目前关押在昆明，普洱中院将借用昆明市中级人民法院的法庭进行审理。

　　王天朝，男，汉族，1957年9月生，在职博士，中共党员，1975年8月参加工作。其曾历任云南省第一人民医院办公室副主任，省卫生人员培训中心主任，龙云医药实业有限公司总经理，省卫生厅科教处处长、办公室主任，省第一人民医院党委书记、院长等职务。

　　2014年9月11日，中央纪委监察部网站发布王天朝涉嫌严重违纪违法，接受组织调查的消息。云南省纪委此前通报，2004年至2014年，王天朝利用担任云南省第一人民医院院长的职务之便，在工程建设、医疗器械和药品试剂采购、人事任命和职称评定等方面为他人谋取利益，从中收受他人现金贿赂共计4500余万元人民币，收受价值8400余万元人民币的房产100套、车位100个，两项合计1.29亿元人民币。此外，王天朝本人还交代收受礼金150万元人民币。

　　2016年5月5日，普洱市人民检察院依法对王天朝涉嫌受贿犯罪一案向普洱市中级人民法院提起公诉。普洱市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人王天朝利用担任云南省第一人民医院院长职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
