　　2016年8月18日，江西省九江市中级人民法院院长居国屏担任审判长，对浙江省政协原副主席斯鑫良受贿案进行了一审公开开庭审理。

　　江西省九江市人民检察院起诉指控：2001年至2014年，被告人斯鑫良利用其担任中共湖州市委书记，中共浙江省委常委、组织部长，浙江省政协副主席等职务上的便利，为14家单位或个人在承接工程、职务晋升等事项上谋取利益，本人或通过其妻子非法收受他人给予的财物，共计折合人民币1955万余元。

　　通报还称，斯鑫良身为党的高级领导干部，严重违反党的政治规矩和组织纪律，严重违纪违法，且党的十八大后仍不收敛、不收手，在得知组织对其有关问题线索进行调查后，与其妻及部分行贿人订立攻守同盟，转移赃款赃物，干扰、妨碍组织审查，性质恶劣、情节严重。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等有关规定，经中央纪委审议并报中共中央批准，决定给予斯鑫良开除党籍处分；收缴其违纪所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题、线索及所涉款物移送司法机关依法处理。

　　中国最高人民检察院经审查决定，依法对浙江省政协原副主席斯鑫良以涉嫌受贿罪立案侦查并采取强制措施。

　　2016年6月3日，中国最高人民检察院官网发布消息，检察机关对斯鑫良、仇和、杨卫泽、武长顺、肖天五案提起公诉。

　　中国最高人民检察院的通报称，浙江省政协原副主席、党组原副书记斯鑫良涉嫌受贿一案，由中国最高人民检察院指定江西省人民检察院侦查终结后，移送江西省九江市人民检察院审查起诉。近日，九江市人民检察院已向九江市中级人民法院提起公诉。检察机关在审查起诉阶段依法告知了被告人斯鑫良享有的诉讼权利，并讯问了被告人斯鑫良，听取了辩护人的意见。九江市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人斯鑫良利用担任中共湖州市委书记、中共浙江省委常委、组织部长、浙江省政协副主席、党组副书记等职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人巨额财物，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
