浙江政协原副主席被控受贿1955万 当庭认罪悔罪

　　2016年8月18日，江西省九江市中级人民法院院长居国屏担任审判长，对浙江省政协原副主席斯鑫良受贿案进行了一审公开开庭审理。

　　江西省九江市人民检察院起诉指控：2001年至2014年，被告人斯鑫良利用其担任中共湖州市委书记，中共浙江省委常委、组织部长，浙江省政协副主席等职务上的便利，为14家单位或个人在承接工程、职务晋升等事项上谋取利益，本人或通过其妻子非法收受他人给予的财物，共计折合人民币1955万余元。

　　庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，斯鑫良及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，斯鑫良还进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪、悔罪。

　　全国、江西省、九江市三级人大代表、政协委员，新闻记者及各界群众50余人旁听了庭审。

　　庭审结束后，法庭宣布休庭，将择期宣判。
