对于张女士提出的打开USB调试模式,畅充公司方面表示,此举是为了能够让充电设备可以识别原告的手机和电池型号,从而提供可以接受的电流强度,是安全保障的需要,并不会影响手机安全。畅充公司还表示,其推荐的游戏和应用程序均为合法正版的软件。据此,畅充公司请求法院驳回张女士的诉讼请求。

西站:仅提供场地不涉侵权

本案的第二被告西站方面则表示,其与速充公司双方仅仅是场地租赁关系,西站为其提供经营场地,速充公司在场地上投放机器并进行维护和管理,且该免费充电站自2015年12月安装至今,除本案原告外,从没有任何人提出有问题。西站方面既没有实施侵害原告的任何行为,也不构成法定的承担连带责任的情形和事实,因此不同意赔偿。

记者了解到,张女士提出的经济赔偿主要是为维权产生的误工费、交通费以及通讯费,但昨天庭审中,张女士未能提交上述费用清单。本案将择期宣判。
