　　【环球时报综合报道】据香港无线新闻网报道，中国国务院总理李克强18日下午在人民大会堂北大厅举行仪式，欢迎来华进行正式访问的缅甸联邦共和国国务资政昂山素季。两人一同检阅仪仗队，之后举行会谈，就中缅关系及地区议题深入交换意见。双方签署合作协议，同意在边境附近兴建大桥，促进两地交通往来及在缅甸两大城市仰光及曼德勒兴建医院。报道称，中国国家主席习近平19日将会见昂山素季。此次是缅甸新政府上台后，首次有领导层官员访华，而昂山素季为期5天的访华行程受到“国家元首”级的待遇。

　　日本《每日新闻》称，昂山对中国的访问，是她首次出访东盟以外的国家，表明缅甸对这个庞大邻国的高度重视，中国给予昂山以仅次于俄总统普京的厚待。

　　昂山素季不是缅甸的国家元首，但熟悉缅甸政治的人都知道她真实的政治分量。按照缅甸宪法，配偶和子女为英国人的昂山素季不能担任缅甸总统，为了领导缅甸这个积贫积弱的国家，缅甸各党派创造性设置这一职务，让她拥有实权。她的出访被认为是观察缅甸外交走向的重要指标。

　　“昂山素季此行将重新校准对华政策”，缅甸英文媒体“密祖玛”评论说，此次昂山素季的访华之行受到缅甸国内各界的高度关注，因为此次访问的结果，将为未来数年的中缅关系定下基调。该评论认为，随着昂山素季此次对中国进行访问，中国对缅甸对华政策的期望又一次被点燃，缅甸在外交上的钟摆又一次偏向东方(中国)。但挑战同时并存，例如对于如何妥善解决密松水电站问题，重新界定中缅两国的政治关系，以及如何妥善消解民族分歧，实现全国和解。
