长沙警方通报两酒吧百人群殴案：涉事酒吧停业

　　记者曾报道了长沙解放西路两家酒吧因为争抢车位，近百名员工参与打斗，引发了市民的极大关注。8月18日，长沙市公安局向外通报，菲比和苏格缪斯两家涉事酒吧依法责令停业整顿，而酒吧主要负责人也被刑拘。

　　事发当晚(7月24日)，长沙解放西路相邻的菲比酒吧与Muse酒吧门外，近百名员工聚集一起，发生冲突，场面一度失控。

　　上百人聚集发生肢体冲突，现场还一度冒出白色浓烟。现场持续了进一个小时，才被警方控制。而两个酒吧事发的原因竟然是停车位问题。

　　

　　

　　

　　

　　

　　长沙市公安局天心分局依法对存在违法行为的菲比酒吧和苏格缪斯酒吧分别责令停业整顿六个月和三个月。

　　菲比酒吧管理人员杨某强等3人因涉嫌寻衅滋事罪被依法刑事拘留，而苏格缪斯酒吧管理人员张某等15人因寻衅滋事、扰乱公共秩序等违法行为被处以行政拘留或罚款处罚。而长沙天心警方也将对解放西路“酒吧一条街”娱乐场所开展治安专项整治行动，一直持续到9月底。
