　　新华社长沙8月19日新媒体专电（记者阳建）针对媒体报道长沙火车站候车室“30元吹空调”的问题，广铁集团公司19日向记者独家回应，该集团已于日前派工作组进驻长沙火车站，针对旅客服务中出现的各种问题进行深入调查，启动全面整改，严肃追责，并接受政府部门和社会公众的监督检查。该车站候车室中央空调已于19日上午恢复使用。

　　广铁集团工作组负责人表示，由于工作不到位导致旅客候车体验差，对此深表歉意。铁路部门虚心接受广大旅客和社会各界批评监督，将以此次整改为契机，不断改进工作，切实提升铁路服务质量。

　　经工作组初步调查，长沙火车站候车室中央空调此前不能正常运转，主要是因为车站内部供配电设施能力不足。近年来，铁路设备设施建设更新较快，长沙火车站周边铁路生产生活用电负荷成倍增长，加之车站近期正进行长株潭城际铁路引入施工，造成车站内部配电所变压器容量无法满足需求，从而导致候车室空调无法正常运行。

　　针对这一情况，铁路部门已在长沙火车站站区新建第二个配电所，目前正在施工过程中，预计在2017年春节前可投入使用，届时可满足长沙火车站及周边用电需求。当前，铁路部门通过采取租用外界变压器负荷的方式，临时解决了候车室中央空调的内部供电问题，车站候车室中央空调已于19日上午恢复使用。

　　日前，舆论曝光长沙火车站普通候车室没开空调，热如蒸笼，而额外交钱后就可在商务候车室享受空调。此事被披露后，引发社会关注，不少人质疑其服务不够人性化。
